What is Health Coaching?

A health coach is a person who helps you work through your personal challenges to reach your health goals, such as weight loss, healthier food habits, stress relief or physical fitness. Health coaching combines monitoring and mentoring of your lifestyle routines with one-on-one sessions in person, by phone, or by video chat – whichever works best for you. Each program is designed to personally fit your needs and goals. A minimum 90 day commitment is necessary to develop any positive lifestyle changes.
